• What are the ingredients for this recipe?

• bacon
  
• spaghetti
• pancetta
• eggs yolks
• Pecorino or Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
• olive oil, extra-virgin: 3-4 tablespoons
• pepper freshly ground: ½ tablespoon
• salt

• Write down the steps to make spaghetti
  

1. Dice the pancetta into small pieces (1 inch [2.5cm] will do).
2. The Pot: Bring a big pot of water to a boil and add salt when it begins to simmer.
3. The Pot: Cook the spaghetti until it is al dente and drain it, reserving ½ cup of water.
4. The Skillet: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over a medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the pancetta and cook for about 10 minutes over a low flame until the pancetta has rendered most of its fat but is still chewy and barely browned.
5. The Bowl: In a bowl, slowly whisk about ½ cup of the pasta water into the egg yolks, using a fork. Add the Parmesan cheese and pepper. Mix with a fork.
6. The Skillet: Transfer the spaghetti immediately to the skillet with the pancetta. Toss it and turn off the heat. Add the egg mixture to the skillet with the pasta and toss all the ingredients to coat the pasta. Taste the pasta and add salt and black pepper, if necessary.

Writing: A life story

My life.

I was born in Banyoles in 1994. When I was young, we lived in a different house. It was in Banyoles too but in another street called C/Sant Martirià. We moved since then, and I've stayed here in Passeig de les Saques for 5 years.


My earliest memory is very clear. we wear on holiday in Mallorca and I was playing on the beach with some friends. I also remember the first day at 4th of ESO in secondary school.

I've been at the Escola Casa Nostra secundary school for three years. I've changed since I was young. I think that I'm more responsible now, and I play in another football team. When I finish secondary school, I'll probably study in High School. Before I'm old, I'd like to work in my father business.

Terror in the city!!

This was a horrible and dramatic scene yesterday at Street of la Castellana in Madrid. Eleven people were in the Stadium of Real Madrid. The stadium was in fire.
The incident began at ten o'clock when Real Madrid was training there. The firefighters fought with the fire.
At the first there was complete panic. People were screaming and crying. Then firemen arrived, and, the rescue started. The terrified players of Real Madrid became calmer.
After nine hours, all of the players were finally out of the stadium. Later, one of them said,' It was the most horrible experience of my life.

LAST SUMMER

Last summer I did a lot of things with my family and my friends. this summer I met new friends and I visited new places for example the coliseum of Rome.

I started my summer in Banyoles, where I met with my friends. The tow first weeks of July I went to l'Escala with my family. In the mornings I went to the beach with my mother and in the afternoons I stayed home. I spent the last weeks of July in Banyoles. The first wekks of August I spent my days in l'Escala. At the end August i travel to Italy with my new team Girona Fc. We played a tournament, that is only played by important teams.

This summer I think that it was best summer of my life.

Hi, my name is Franc. I'm studying 4th of ESO. This is the last year in this School. In this blog I will post writings, Speaking and readings.
My objectivse of the course are work very hard, study more than the last course and try to aprove.
